Indigenous Catskills

This was wonderful! Utterly fascinating and informative. Loved learning more about the Lenape, the “original peoples,” who populated our hills. I feel the Lenape presence on this mountain every day, in the mists rising from the West Branch of the Delaware, the bluestone boulders, the streams, where I have found Lenape arrowheads. Justin has animated the history of the Lenape, giving us such insight into their language and land practices, especially our forests, which still their unique care. A MUST listen!
